Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. *

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all of the original tags and labels attached and in its original packaging.

Please refrain from trying on clothes while wearing heavy makeup or perfume or when in a smokey environment. Any item returned marked, stained or with a discernable scent may be refused a refund as they are not in resealable condition.

For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings, such as earrings can not be returned.

To start a return contact us here and we will respond to your request within 1-2 business days. We offer free returns for our UK customers. Customers residing in all other countries are not eligible for free return shipping.

Please ensure you obtain a postage receipt as this is your proof of postage.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

*Exceptions / non-returnable items

For hygiene reasons, jewellery for piercings, such as earrings can not be returned. Any personalised or customised items are also ineligible to be returned. Unfortunately, we also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.  Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
Due to the limited collections featured in our store, we do not offer exchanges or store credit. If you require a different size, please return your item for a refund and make a new order for the required size. 

 

Gift Exchanges

We are unable to refund gifted orders. The original purchaser of the gift will need to return the order to us for a refund.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Customers residing in the European Union are responsible for paying all return postage costs and will not be refunded the original shipping charges.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

We do not refund postage fees but standard delivery is free for all UK customers on orders over £50
