Can I get next-day delivery on my order?

If you are in the UK, we offer express next-day shipping *. Select the express shipping option at the check out before 2 pm on any business day. Your order will be shipped that same day. After 2 pm, your order will be processed and shipped on the next business day.

*Unfortunately, we are not able to offer Express Next Day delivery to Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, the Channel Islands and the Isle of Man.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes, we do provide free Shipping on all UK orders over £50

Where is my order?

All of our orders are shippped with a tracking number. You will receive an email confirming that we have dispatched your order. In this email you will find a Royal Mail tracking number. Here is a link to the Royal Mail tracking website.

Can I return my Clothing?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, unused, with all of the original tags and labels attached and in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your goods. Please see our full returns policy for details as some exclusions do apply.

My item has arrived damaged, what can I do?

We strive to ensure that our products are not sent in poor condition, however we accept that sometimes damage can occur during shipping. If you have received something which has been damaged, please contact us and we will assist you. Please note, that we will require photographs of any damage or defect.

I've changed my mind and wish to cancel my order.

We are sorry to hear that, but we understand things change sometimes. If you need to cancel your order then you must contact us right away. The faster you tell us, the better we can assist you. Any order not cancelled within 1 hour of confirmation is not guaranteed to be cancelled. If your item(s) have been dispatched before cancellation you will be liable for the cost of returning the unwanted items. 

My Payment was not processed, can you help?

If you have had any payments declined on our website you will need to contact your bank, credit card company or financial institution directly. 

I have not received a confirmation email after placing an order, why?

You should receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes of placing your order, but sometimes it can take a little longer. Occasionally these emails will get sent into your spam folder, please check and see if that has happened. If your order confirmation email has not been received within 24 hours please contact us so we can take a look and see what has happened.

How do I wash and dry your clothes

Most of our clothing can be washed in a washing machine at 30°C. Please check the care labels of each individual item as this may vary.

Is your packaging Eco-Friendly?

We are actively working towards becoming as eco-friendly as possible. Our new packaging is eco-friendly, made from a minimum of 99% recycled material. As well as that, we are actively phasing out plastic, non-reusable packaging. We also sea-ship our supplies rather than air-ship them to reduce our carbon footprint where possible. 

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Unfortunately this is not something we currently provide however we hope to be able to offer this in the future.
